We would usually initiate projects through a cross-section of surveys, opinions and suggestions from CDA members and executives emanating from areas of pressing needs and concerns in your community subject to consideration and approval of the CDA executives.
Grants & Donation Management
By signing up to myCDAmanager, your CDA stand to benefit from our unique alternative fund sourcing service. Subject to the performance of your CDA, we may be able to obtain grants from the government and donations from corporate establishments and private individuals for general or specific projects
Emergency Management
Our Emergency Management Service (EMS) is available for remedial immediate actions on damaged amenities like impassable roads, drainages, culverts, fallen electric poles, fallen perimeter fence, blown electric transformers and the likes within the CDA, subject to approval by the CDA executives.
Loans & Financial Advisory Services
CDA Management Limited usually leverage on its good relationship with some financial institutions to advise, source and manage finances for CDAs. Subject to terms and conditions with a critical assessment of the performance of your CDA, we may be able to secure loans at reasonable interest rates from banks towards the execution of specific projects.
