Firstly, every member of your CDA will be entered into our online platform and a Property Identification Number (PIN) number would be issued for each one. A manager would then be appointed and introduced to your CDA to co-ordinate affairs and report daily to our central office. Please note that a formal notice will be issued in the event of change of our appointed manager for your CDA.

Every individual property/member in the CDA will have a viewable online account for his own contributions showing an up-to-date balance of monies collected.

Yes, a receipt will be issued to every payer at the point of payment.

Executives of the CDA must inform us as soon as a decision is reached on any new project stating agreed levy and timeline for collections. We will inform all members of the CDA about the new levy for the specific project and arrange for collection immediately.

CDA executives with special administrative prileges can monitor or track transactions of all monies received on behalf of your CDA through our intuitvely designed transparent online platform for all monies collected for and on behalf of your CDA.

At CDA Management Limited, we have specially trained our staff to be proactive, cautious, approachable and intuitive. We understand how to listen to people's point of view and bring them to also understand our own viewpoint such that both parties can mutually agree a comfortable model of money collection. Going further, we give them a good reassurance that the monies collected will go towards the betterment of your immediate community.

Yes we can. CDA Management Limited can help you get government grants from local, state and federal government for specific projects. Also we can assist your CDA in getting bank loans (subject to conditions) that are tied to specific projects. Further, we may approach corporate organisations and businesses on your behalf for project sponsorships.

The funds in your account can be requested at anytime for your purpose and will be credited to your CDA's bank account within 24hours. However, the request must be authorised by the 3 principal officials of your CDA.

Our management fee is 20% on all collections deductable from source.

The CDA must be registered with the goverment and have at least 50 properties. The minimum levy that we will collect from members is NGN2,000 per month

The CDA management service is a 3-year rolling contract and may be cancelled by serving 3 months notice before the end of the contract year otherwise it will roll over to a fresh 3-year contract

The contract will be signed by 3 principal executives of the CDA to include the chairman. Each providing copies of government regulated ID, BVN, 2 passport photographs and copies of the CDA registration documents.
